Touchscreen functionality

Seeing as I'm showing this game off on my tablet quite a bit now, it would be good to be able to control it via touchscreen. Ergo, I've added touchscreen buttons for movement. Everything else (interacting with UI and collecting items) should already be touchscreen-friendly.

Also increased player movement speed from agonisingly slow to only noticeably lethargic.
